Key Qualifications
- Hold a valid and current School Psychologist license or certification for the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Completed Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge in psychoeducational assessment, behavioral interventions, and educational consultation
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and special education processes
- Strong collaborative abilities and excellent communication skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for assessment
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and emotional support as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and monitor student progress
- Offer professional insight and resources to promote positive mental health and learning environments
- Maintain all required documentation and adhere to school district policies and procedures
