Requirements
- High school education or above
- School Nurse Teacher license (Specialized, Class 1, or Class 2)
- Age limit: up to 64 years (due to retirement age of 65)

Benefits
- Improvement allowance 3: ¥11,000 per month

Important Details

- Schedule: Variable working hours system (1-year unit)
- Shifts: 8:00-17:00, 7:00-16:00, 10:30-19:30, 8:00-12:00 (no break), 8:30-17:30, 9:30-18:30 (shift system for (1)-(6), annual working hours 2080h)
- Average monthly overtime: 2 hours
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 105 days
- Days off: Sundays, public holidays, and 1-3 additional days per month based on work schedule
- Paid annual leave after 6 months: 10 days
- Probation period: 1 month (during which special duties allowance is not paid)
- Transfer possibility: within the same corporation (Todoroki Nursery School)
- Car commuting: possible, with parking available
