About the role
This role involves delivering and presenting lesson content to children, supervising primary school students, and ensuring their safety and learning progress.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children
- Liaise with Centre directors, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters
- Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
- Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly
- Plan for manpower and logistics
- Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children’s well-being and academic matters
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals
- Maintain updated records of students’ profile and finance matters
- Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary
