Job Overview
AtWork Personnel is urgently hiring an experienced School Café Food Service Worker for a school cafeteria. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals with previous food service experience who enjoy working in a team environment and helping provide quality meals to students.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and portion food according to recipes and school nutrition guidelines.
• Serve meals in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and stocking serving lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation stations.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Qualifications
• Previous food service experience is required.
• Resume submission is required for consideration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
