Job Description
Work Schedule:
- 100% - Full-time / day shift
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm / Rotating Saturday 8:00am-noon / Every 4-6 weeks
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with an emphasis on healthcare. Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare setting or with medical claims insurance. Preferred
- 2 years of Customer Service experience. Required
- Previous computer experience. Required
