Scheduler

About This Role

This onsite project role in Nashville, TN, involves developing and maintaining project, program, and construction schedules using Primavera P6. As part of a project controls team, you will coordinate with stakeholders to develop project phasing and update schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen

• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP)
