Schedule Lead
Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.
We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Schedule Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the site-based scheduling lead, coordinating daily with EPC, construction, and C&Q teams
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Perform schedule trending, metrics reporting, and analytics to identify risks and performance gaps
- Bridge communication and alignment between EPC schedulers and C&Q schedulers
- Validate schedule logic, sequencing, and critical path integrity across all project phases
What you’ll need:
- Extensive scheduling experience on large industrial, pharma, or EPC projects
- Must be onsite, 5 days/week
- Strong background in metrics, trending, analytics, and schedule integrity
- Experience bridging gaps between EPC schedulers and C&Q schedulers
- Deep understanding of Primavera P6 and schedule governance
