About the role
Core Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
- Drive project governance, PMO reporting, stakeholder management, and executive updates
- Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data, testing), manage vendors and dependencies
- Orchestrate workshops, change management, training, and cutover/hypercare planning
- Enforce delivery standards, issue/risk logs, RAID, and compliance controls
Experience
- 8–10+ years of project management in enterprise SaaS/HXM tech; 3–5+ years on SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Commissions preferred
- Proven track record managing multi-workstream programs with complex integrations and data migration
Skills
- Strong planning, estimation, and resource management; adept with Agile/Hybrid delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with testing strategy (SIT/UAT), release management, and audit/compliance processes
Subject-Matter Expertise (Functional)
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions), including plan design, crediting, roll-up, calculation, shadow/recalc, and dispute management
- Hands-on configuration, data integration, test planning and execution (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hypercare
- Strong understanding of governance, controls, security/roles, and reporting/analytics
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written); able to lead workshops, document requirements, and deliver training in both languages
Relevant Project Experience
- 5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience for SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (or SAP Sales Performance), preferably across multiple full lifecycle projects
- Proven track record in requirements gathering, solution design, fit-to-standard, configuration, testing, and deployment
