- Strong understanding of HR Business Processes & Talent Management
- Integration of SuccessFactors EC/ECP with SAP HCM
- Gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Customer-facing experience with senior/top management
- Incident management, troubleshooting and error analysis
- Application monitoring and continuous improvement
