Für ein etabliertes SAP-Beratungsunternehmen suche ich einen erfahrenen SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung eines wachsenden HR-IT-Teams.
Aufgaben
- Beratung, Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Begleitung von EC-Projekten von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live
- Beratung rund um HR-IT- und SuccessFactors-Landschaften
- Fachliche Steuerung von Projektteams
- Release Management und kontinuierliche Optimierung
- Unterstützung und Mentoring von Junior Consultants
Qualifikation
- 4+ Jahre SuccessFactors-Erfahrung oder mindestens 2 vollständige EC-Implementierungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Employee Central
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Zertifizierung
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
- SAP HCM / weitere SF-Module von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft nach Bedarf
