About This Role
This SAP Specialist role involves participating in a system migration project, providing expert advice and support to the existing SAP team, and maintaining the SAP4Hana system configuration. It suits a candidate with experience in SAP FI/CO modules and strong financial and accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a system migration project from one SAP4Hana environment to another central one
- Provide expert advice and support to the current SAP team in FI/CO/AP/AR/AA modules
- Analyze the target configuration of FI/CO/AP/AR/AA modules versus the new central configuration, including chart of accounts changes
- Prepare migration data for FI/AR/AP/AA, considering changing requirements and re-mapping
- Execute test cases assigned to the role of local module administrator
- Support users in testing
- Support users in preparing Fiori reports
- Continuously maintain the SAP4Hana system configuration
- Perform daily tasks, such as opening accounting periods, running chapters in CO, etc.
- Support users
- Create users and update their permissions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or in projects with SAP FI/CO (as a consultant or key user)
- Participation in data migration projects
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting issues (insurance industry specifics are welcome)
- English language proficiency allowing for free communication in project meetings
- Ease of communication with the business side, openness, creativity, and goal-orientation
- Experience with FI/CO/AP/AR/AA modules
