About This Role
This SAP Security Consultant role involves providing end-user support for specific applications and translating user needs into test plans. The consultant will also participate in application implementations, run reports, and assist with training materials.
Responsibilities
- Work in multiple shifts (6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, or 10 PM to 6 AM), with shifts swapping based on project requirements
- Handle issues related to SAP GRC and SAP Security across multiple modules
- Interact directly with clients for requirements
- Provide end-user support for specific applications and translate those needs for developing test plans
- Participate in application implementations and test end-user processes
- Run reports in response to client inquiries
- Assist with the creation of presentations and other materials for end-user training
- Interact with clients, both internal and external, to supply information
- Develop customized queries and reports utilizing basic table matrices
- Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements with minimal guidance of a senior associate
- Log and track problems/work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 6+ years of experience in implementation support of the Security module
- Ability to handle issues related to Security GRC
- Good communication skills and ability to interact directly with US clients for requirements
Important Details
- Schedule: multiple shifts (6 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, or 10 PM to 6 AM), shift needs to swap based on project requirement
- Travel: significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required
