About the role
Role Overview: The position involves leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R (Record to Report) initiatives within a dynamic advisory environment. The candidate will drive business development, shape delivery strategies, and oversee end-to-end implementation of finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities, develop proposals, and present SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions aligned with client goals for financial close, consolidation, and reporting modernization.

Lead ERP tool selection, implementation planning, and readiness assessments for R2R capabilities like Universal Journal and Group Reporting.

Manage delivery of R2R programs ensuring timely, within-budget execution, providing strategic guidance across design, build, testing, and hypercare phases.

Collaborate with architecture teams to design future-state solutions leveraging SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and AI/ML for real-time insights and compliance.

Drive project financials, including forecasting, billing, and margin optimization, while promoting delivery innovation through accelerators and methodology refinement.

Lead, develop, and foster high-performing teams, encouraging a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least ten years of experience managing large SAP programs, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination.

Proven success in leading full R2R lifecycle, including chart of accounts design, Universal Journal setup, testing, and hypercare.

Strong background in finance process assessments, business case development, and transformation roadmaps.

Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration with enterprise finance systems, and experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere, and SAC.

Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and producing high-quality deliverables.

Ability to lead diverse teams and drive innovation in delivery processes.
