Senior Consultant – SAP PP/QM Consultant – Long-Term – Hybrid (Serbia)
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a Senior Consultant – SAP PP/QM to join an SAP S/4HANA transformation project .
This role will focus on delivering high-quality SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The role can be based in Serbia , with a mostly remote working model (presence in the office is mandatory once in 2 weeks) .
Specific skills/experience required:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP and QM configuration and implementations
- Deep expertise in PP and QM, including production order processing, master data management, shop floor control, quality inspections, and quality notifications
- Proven experience translating business requirements into effective SAP PP/QM solutions
- Experience integrating PP/QM with SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, FI, and CO, as well as external systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, quality, and compliance processes
- Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and validation documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions and resolve complex issues
- Experience conducting workshops, user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities
- Life Sciences industry experience is highly desirable
- SAP PP/QM certification, SAP Fiori, advanced manufacturing analytics, Agile/hybrid methodology, or data analytics experience would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
