About This Role
This role involves contributing to the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA, with guidance from senior team members. It suits a candidate who can develop strong functional responsibility and discipline in execution, working on an important international project.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document procurement and inventory requirements under the supervision of senior consultants
- Configure and support purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, document types, release workflows, and fundamental procurement configurations
- Assist in managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, source determination, goods receipt, and invoice verification
- Provide support for inventory management processes, including goods movements, stock transfers, reservations, physical inventories, and movement types
- Maintain and validate material master data, business partners or vendors, purchasing information records, source lists, and quota arrangements
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-user training material
- Execute unit and integrated tests, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and track incidents and evidence until resolution
- Analyze incidents and service requests, providing functional support within established service level agreements (SLAs) and change management processes
- Coordinate with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, warehouse, data management, development, and interface teams
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of functional experience in SAP MM, with practical experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Operational knowledge of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, delivery agreements, goods movements, and invoice verification
- Understanding of inventory management, stock transfers, physical inventories, and basic valuation concepts
- Experience with material master data, business partners or vendors, and purchasing master data
- Basic knowledge of integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM modules and warehouse processes
- Experience in configuration, testing, documentation, application support, and incident management
- Relevant certification in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement is a plus
- Advanced English
