SAP Managing SAP Analytics Architect

About This Role

This role is for a Managing SAP Analytics Architect to join the SAP Analytics Capability within Capgemini's Insights and Data business unit. The position involves leading the development of compelling propositions for clients, shaping complex delivery, and being deeply involved in the sales and pre-sales process for SAP analytics solutions. The architect will also provide guidance to clients and internal resources, and stay updated on the latest developments in data, analytics, and data modeling products from various vendors.

Responsibilities

• Help clients to define and implement their solutions for BI and analytics
• Manage delivery of SAP analytics projects or larger streams in large projects or programmes, particularly in S/4HANA transformations
• Manage stakeholders, both from the client and internally, and help clients define, classify, and prioritise their requirements and solution roadmap
• Work with Capgemini technical and management consultants to design solutions that leverage SAP packaged content and solutions but also look beyond standard offerings and safeguard clients’ core requirements and competitive advantage
• Work with Capgemini consultants in the UK and abroad to deliver projects on time and to customer expectations

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience, with multiple project lifecycles
• Deep involvement in sales and pre-sales, pitching innovative solutions to clients, scoping and estimating complex delivery tailored to client needs
• Expert with SAP Business Warehouse (various versions including BW/4HANA), SAP HANA DW or Datasphere
• Expert in SAP roadmaps and coming innovations
• Knowledge of functional areas and data structures
• Knowledge of Embedded Analytics
• Management of requirements gathering and design workshops with both business and technical audiences
• Eligibility for SC clearance preferred or already has SC clearance and is a UK national

Nice to have:

• Awareness / experience of delivering solutions using non-SAP BI technologies (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker etc.)
