Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP IDM Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in SAP Identity Management, SAP Security, and Identity Governance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP IDM solutions, along with integration experience across SAP and non-SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SAP IDM solutions for user lifecycle management and access provisioning.
- Configure and customize SAP IDM workflows, tasks, approval processes, and business rules.
- Integrate SAP IDM with SAP systems, HR applications, Active Directory, and other identity sources.
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and role management processes.
- Perform SAP security assessments and implement access control measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IDM application, workflow, and performance issues.
- Develop custom enhancements using Java, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and governance requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in SAP IDM implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in SAP IDM customization and workflow development.
- In-depth understanding of SAP Security and Authorization concepts.
- Experience with User Provisioning and De-provisioning processes.
- Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, and MS SQL.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Experience integrating SAP IDM with HR systems, Active Directory, and other identity sources.
- Understanding of Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle Management concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP IDM Certification.
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Exposure to cloud-based identity and access management platforms.
