Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Hybrid - 2 days onsite - only local candidates will be contacted No Third Parties The Senior SAP Finance Business Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, enhancement, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, with a primary focus on SAP FI/CO. This role partners with Finance and IT teams to support financial processes, system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements while ensuring reliable and efficient financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Support Finance functions including Tax, Treasury, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Group Reporting.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
- Perform configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), documentation, and production support.
- Support Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Concur integrations.
- Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and post-go-live support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve production issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of SAP FI/CO configuration and support experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Working knowledge of SAP FI-CA is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Close (AFC), VIM, P2P, and Concur is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
