SAP Extended Warehouse Management Consultant – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.
We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.
What You’ll Deliver
- Support the hiring manager and business team during the ongoing SAP EWM development, testing, implementation and stabilization phases.
- Work with warehouse, logistics and supply-chain users to understand operational processes, functional requirements, process gaps and user needs.
- Write, review and maintain SAP EWM SOPs, work instructions, process flows, user guides, training materials and functional-support documentation.
- Ensure procedures accurately reflect the configured SAP EWM solution and the way warehouse employees are expected to perform their work.
What you’ll need:
- A relevant degree in supply chain, logistics, information systems, business, engineering or operations management.
- Practical SAP EWM functional knowledge within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing or supply-chain environment.
- Understanding of core warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, internal movements, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, shipping and physical inventory.
- Experience working directly with warehouse-floor employees, supervisors, SMEs and supply-chain stakeholders.
