Position: SAP Data Migration Lead

Job Overview:
The SAP Data Migration Lead will take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle from legacy Oracle EBS schemas into SAP S/4HANA. This role requires technical depth in database extraction and data cleansing, as well as functional understanding to map legacy structures into SAP master and transactional data objects.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Migration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12) to SAP S/4HANA data migration .
- Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge, including understanding of Oracle EBS FIN, SCM, and HCM data structures.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration objects.
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), SAP BODS or equivalent data migration/transformation tools .
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Experience managing mock loads, cutover loads and migration readiness.
- Ability to work closely with Oracle DBAs, internal technical teams, business stakeholders and the System Integrator's data migration team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive data ownership, validation and business sign-off.
