About This Role
This role involves supporting corporate transformation using SAP-related solutions as part of the Enterprise Transformation Consulting - Enterprise Solution (ETC-ES) department. You will conduct consulting business for solution implementation from the highest upstream to operation and stabilization of SAP-related solutions, taking charge of all SAP projects within PwC.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consulting business for solution implementation from the highest upstream to operation and stabilization of SAP-related solutions
- Take charge of all SAP projects within PwC
- Participate in solution development, methodology formulation, human resource development, and organizational management
- Support clients globally by leveraging the PwC global network
- Collaborate with PwC overseas offices to deliver global projects
- Create opportunities to develop and commercialize the latest solutions with future needs in mind for new solution activities
- Provide consulting services to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, public sector, pharmaceuticals, and finance
Requirements
- University graduate or above
- Native Japanese or N1 equivalent Japanese language skills
- Business experience:
- Consulting experience: 2 years or more
- No consulting experience: 3 years or more
Nice to have:
- Experience in any stage of SAP implementation, from planning and conceptualization to requirements definition and cutover
- Team lead or project lead (PM) experience in SAP-related projects
- Business reform and change management experience in SAP implementation
- Experience with Basis, S/4 HANA, and cloud technologies
- Program design and development experience (traditional ABAP development, Fiori and BTP development, and other languages, especially JavaScript, are welcome)
- Design and develop solutions in SAP environments using generative AI technology
- Business-level English proficiency
- Business experience or technical knowledge in equipment maintenance, or solution knowledge in asset management (SAP PM, Maximo, EAM, APM experience)
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project experience (including proposals)
- Consulting experience in enterprise architecture or experience in building enterprise architecture within a company

- Conceptualization projects for core system construction (conceptualizing S/4 HANA as one of the introduction package options)
- S/4HANA implementation projects (accounting and logistics domains)
- S/4HANA overseas expansion projects
- Budget management and consolidated accounting system implementation projects
- Global management system construction projects (consolidating management information from affiliated companies worldwide and creating a database for global companies)
- SAP implementation PMO support projects
- DX planning during or after SAP implementation, and implementation projects for relevant solutions (e.g., process design utilizing GenAI)
