About This Role
This consulting role involves deep engagement with SAP IS-U systems for an international energy sector consultancy. It suits an experienced SAP IS-U specialist who enjoys both conceptual design and active implementation within energy utility projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement requirements in the SAP IS-U / SAP Utilities environment
- Support customizing, specification, testing, error analysis, and go-live assistance
- Collaborate closely with clients, business departments, developers, and the project team
- Take technical responsibility in SAP projects within the energy industry, focusing on active implementation beyond just conception
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience with SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities and at least one completed project with an energy utility company
- Very good knowledge in at least one of the following key areas: Billing (IS-U/Billing & Invoicing), Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (IS-U/FI-CA), Device Management (DM), and/or Market Communication (IS-U/EDM & Market Processes)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Completed degree in Energy Economics, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Natural Sciences with several years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant for the energy and utilities industry
