- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management related to SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise software systems.
- Ability to optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks and deployments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
