Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP & Alteryx Consultant/Analyst with strong expertise in SAP data structures and advanced proficiency in Alteryx. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, build data workflows, and deliver actionable insights. This role also requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP tables, T-Codes, and business processes
- Design, develop, and optimize Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, and automation
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP systems
- Deliver insights through reports and dashboards (Power BI is a plus)
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams for effective communication
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP (tables, T-codes, business processes)
- High proficiency in Alteryx (Designer, workflows, automation)
- Good understanding of data analysis and data transformation techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Good to Have Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of SQL or other data tools
