About the role
Overview
Our client is looking for a driven Salesperson to join a respected central London chartered accountancy and tax advisory practice serving clients across the UK. In this remote role, you will act as the voice of the firm, connecting with pre-qualified prospects via outbound calls and email follow-ups to book appointments. You will work closely with the principal advisor to drive new client growth while maintaining full compliance with strict industry ethical standards.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri between 10 AM to 4 PM, UK Timezone (GMT/BST)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads using pre-qualified data provided by the client
- Chase prospects via email to secure meetings and move opportunities forward
- Represent the firm professionally in all client-facing communications
- Understand and adhere to chartered accountancy ethical standards and prohibited marketing language
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the principal tax advisor
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and prospect status
- Collaborate with the principal to ensure messaging aligns with compliance requirements
- Build rapport and trust with prospective clients in the accounting and tax space
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with strong consultative and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to represent a professional services firm with credibility and integrity
- Comfortable learning industry-specific compliance and ethical guidelines before client outreach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience conducting outbound sales calls and email follow-up campaigns
Nice-to-Have:
- Bonus if you have experience selling professional services such as accounting, legal, or consulting
- It helps if you have familiarity with the UK business landscape or B2B sales in regulated industries
