Salesforce Specialist / Salesforce Lead

About This Role

This role is for a Salesforce specialist or lead who will work on real transformation projects where solution quality is paramount. It suits candidates with 2 to 5 years of Salesforce experience who enjoy delving deep into the platform.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into either a Salesforce Specialist or Salesforce Lead position based on experience and technical affinity
• For Salesforce Specialist (solid knowledge, seeking autonomy):
  • Focus on functional aspects: analyze processes, gather requirements, and build with declarative logic (Flows)
  • Provide key support in client sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Focus on technical aspects: design technical-functional solutions, working with Apex, LWC, and integrations alongside development
• For Salesforce Lead (global vision):
  • Lead workshops
  • Define end-to-end solutions
  • Coordinate the functional and technical strategy of projects

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of real experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Critical mindset: not just configuring, but questioning the 'why'
• Valued certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst
