This role involves leading the system configuration for a highly visible Treasury Management project, working as part of a focused initiative team of 3 to 4 contractors. You will be responsible for building a brand-new process from the ground up, specifically designing how the Voice Center handles Treasury Management questions and issues. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on configuration skills, a passion for translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and the ability to act as a subject matter expert for this new workflow.
