About This Role
This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce applications and solutions, working with various Salesforce technologies, and integrating Salesforce with external systems. It suits a developer with strong Apex and LWC experience who can work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts, and other developers
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Support deployment through appropriate Salesforce DevOps processes
- Document technical solutions and development activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, including:
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Roles
- Sharing Rules
- Object and Field-Level Security
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work according to EST/U.S. Eastern Time hours
