About This Role
Developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications is the core of this role, which involves using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers. The position focuses on implementing AI-driven automation solutions and extending Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers
- Implement AI-driven automation solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and Prompt Builder
- Extend Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities to improve end-to-end case management and user experience
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and ensure adequate unit testing with 90% or higher code coverage
- Use VS Code, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git for development, version control, and deployment
- Support CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release management processes
- Leverage AI development tools and AWS-native services to enhance productivity and innovation
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform debugging, and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience
- Salesforce Core Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers
- AI & Automation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce setup and Prompt Builder
- Salesforce Clouds: Experience extending Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities
- Development Tools: VS Code, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git
- CI/CD: Experience with deployment pipelines and release management
- Integration & Testing: Enterprise system integrations, unit testing, debugging, and code quality assurance
- 10–15 years of overall experience, with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Core Development
