JD:
We are seeking a Salesforce-certified developer with hands-on experience across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to design and deliver data-driven, personalized cross-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with the ability to unify data and translate business needs into scalable marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Data Streams, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules to create Unified Profiles in Data Cloud.
- Design and manage multi-channel customer journeys and automations using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and external systems via Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, and FTP automation.
- Develop personalized, dynamic content and Cloud Pages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure data models (Data Extensions, Contact Model) and work with SQL / Data Views in Automation Studio.
- Ensure privacy compliance (CCPA / GDPR) through consent and suppression management.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud development experience.
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and campaign
- automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience delivering in an agile, offshore/onshore model.
