In our Enterprise team in Latin America, we optimize global delivery capabilities by bridging the gap between our Allshore teams and US-based operations. Our Technical Delivery Director plays a critical role in facilitating collaboration and leveraging our global expertise to deliver exceptional client solutions. The role is a strategic advisor responsible for advising on team structure, identifying risks, providing insights to enhance resource planning and execution, and mentoring a team of developers and technical architects.
Job Title: Salesforce Technical Delivery Director
As a Delivery Director focused on working with our Global Delivery Centers in LATAM, you are a strategic advisor optimizing our global delivery capabilities. You collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure efficient use of nearshore resources, provide guidance on staffing plans, and support client engagements by fostering seamless integration between US and global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on team structure and ratios to ensure successful implementation of our model.
- Work with delivery center leaders on performance, skill development needs, and hiring/capacity planning.
- Identify and manage risks associated with resources, ensuring awareness of potential challenges.
- Gather customer feedback to identify demand trends and adjust resource planning accordingly.
- Collaborate with Partner Talent Fulfillment (PTF) to assess partnership opportunities and facilitate engagements.
- Support pursuits and RFPs by explaining our global expertise to clients.
- Educate and promote our model in market conversations.
- Travel up to 25% for collaboration with our internal teams and to support client pursuits and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Spanish and English language fluency.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce technical architect.
- Extensive experience in global delivery models, with a focus on nearshore and offshore strategies.
- Strong understanding of strategic alignment of nearshore resources with company objectives.
- Proven ability to manage risks and set realistic expectations in talent acquisition and staffing.
- Experience in facilitating collaboration between diverse teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Rally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support global collaboration and client engagements.
