Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Expertise in Data Ingestion & Pipeline Architecture, including:
  • API-based integrations
  • File-based ingestion via Azure Blob Storage, AWS S3, and Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
  • Native connectors such as Databricks, Azure SQL, and other enterprise data sources.
• Hands-on experience with Data Model Objects (DMOs), data mapping, canonical data model design, identity resolution, and customer profile unification.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce Ecosystem, including:
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Apex fundamentals
  • Connected Apps
  • Integration of Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in Salesforce Data Integration and Data Migration projects.
• Knowledge of data transformation, data quality, governance, and activation use cases.
• Nice to have experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or similar modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working with large-scale customer data and real-time data integration scenarios.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design capabilities.
