This role is for a Salesforce Architect with exceptional skills and a visionary approach to architecting Salesforce solutions. The position involves designing solutions that drive business growth within a digital transformation consulting company, where the Salesforce platform is a pivotal component of the strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives and digital transformation goals
- Develop architecture blueprints that integrate Salesforce with other business systems and technologies
- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, providing guidance to project teams on best practices, customization, integration, and deployment strategies
- Work closely with clients, project managers, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations
- Oversee the customization of Salesforce environments to meet specific client needs, including configuration, custom development, and integration with external systems
- Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
- Address technical challenges and provide solutions to complex problems
- Collaborate with QA teams to establish testing strategies and practices that ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions
- Create detailed documentation of Salesforce architectures, design decisions, and configurations
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, trends, and best practices
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Salesforce Architect or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and robust solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in leading technical teams through complex projects
