About This Role
This role supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce application, working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions. The administrator will optimize Salesforce usage to meet these requirements, focusing on data security, sharing, and object/field operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Salesforce application
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Implement solutions that optimize the use of Salesforce to meet business requirements
- Create and update user profiles, permissions, and OWD (organization wide defaults) settings to ensure data security and sharing
- Perform CRED (create, read, edit, delete) operations on various objects and fields
- Maintain documentation of configurations and customizations
- Provide support and training to end-users
- Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Developer on CRM strategic and operational needs
Requirements
- Bachelor
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Lightning experience
- Experience translating user requests into clear and actionable requirements, then designing and implementing solutions that meet user needs and expectations
- Ability to create and manage Flows that automate complex business logic and integrate with various Salesforce features
- Experience writing database queries using SQL and SOQL
- Experience managing user profiles, permissions, CRED (create, read, edit, delete) operations and OWD (organization-wide defaults) settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Demonstrate project management skills and manage multiple complex projects
- Strong analytical skills required for system enhancements and timely problem resolution
- Shows initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently and with others in a team effort
