Salesforce Administrator

About This Role

This Salesforce Administrator role involves managing and enhancing a Salesforce environment to support sales teams across multiple international markets. The individual will handle daily administration, troubleshooting, configuration, workflow optimization, and continuous platform improvements. It suits a candidate who can combine strong technical skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including troubleshooting, break/fix support, field updates, workflow configuration, and system enhancements
• Partner with sales teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into effective Salesforce configurations and solutions
• Support future platform enhancements, rollouts, user onboarding, license management, and expansion into additional markets
• Collaborate with technical resources supporting ERP integrations and other connected systems
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system usability, data quality, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Experience configuring Salesforce fields, workflows, and platform functionality, along with troubleshooting and ongoing system support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience gathering requirements from business users
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Development or coding experience and broader IT systems administration or help desk experience
