This Salesforce Administrator role focuses on maintaining the health, usability, and data integrity of the company's Salesforce environment and connected Go-To-Market applications. It is a hands-on administration position, ensuring Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Professional Services, and Finance teams are productive within the platform by managing users, building automation, supporting workflows, and resolving user issues. The role involves close collaboration with Revenue Operations stakeholders and an outsourced Salesforce development partner.
Responsibilities
Own Salesforce user lifecycle end to end: provision new hires, assign profiles, roles, and permission set groups, and promptly deactivate and reassign records on offboarding
Resolve access, permission, and login issues across Salesforce and connected tools, including MFA/verification prompts, report export rights, the Gmail-to-Salesforce connector, DocuSign permissions, and PSA (Rocketlane) access
Maintain the Salesforce role hierarchy and manager relationships so approvals, forecasting, and reporting reflect the current organizational structure
Build, maintain, and debug declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, formula fields, approval processes) supporting lead conversion, opportunity and renewal management, CSAT, trial, and site-key generation processes
Administer approval processes, including re-routing for manager changes and PTO coverage, and correcting approval logic when requests route incorrectly
Manage day-to-day configuration: objects, fields, picklists (e.g., Lead Source Detail, SIS options), page layouts, record types, and product catalog changes such as product retirements and swaps
Triage and resolve lead conversion and routing issues, including validation errors, lead-to-opportunity matching, ownership corrections, and partner lead routing
Support contract generation and e-signature workflows in Conga Composer and DocuSign: template corrections, layout buttons, signatory issues, and Legal-requested language changes to Order and Addendum templates
Maintain opportunity and renewal data integrity, including auto-created renewal ownership, annual price rollups, revenue split logic, subsidiary assignment, and product line-item accuracy
Execute data imports and list hygiene: scrub and load conference attendee lists against existing records, update campaign members, run contact refinement and archival updates, and support bulk record changes
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types for Sales, Client Success, Professional Services, and leadership requests
Act as first-line owner for integrations connected to Salesforce, including the HubSpot sync, Celigo (NetSuite), Rocketlane, ChurnZero, Chorus, Outreach, Chili Piper, HighSpot, and Slack notifications; monitor sync errors, certificate and connection health, and field mappings, and escalate platform-level issues to the development partner
Millions of jobs, with real people getting hired every day
200,000+
New jobs added daily
7,000,000+
Verified job listings
1,000,000+
Tailored applications submitted
Ensure new fields and processes are reflected consistently across integrated systems (e.g., mapping new lead fields across all intake flows and conversion mappings)
Manage the Ask RevOps support queue with clear communication, documented resolutions, and root-cause fixes that reduce repeat tickets
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Professional Services, and Finance stakeholders to translate requests into well-scoped, prioritized sprint work
Identify recurring manual work (e.g., provisioning, access requests, list loads) and automate or standardize intake to recover capacity for roadmap work
Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria for programmatic and architectural work, hand off to the outsourced development partner, and own UAT, sandbox testing, and production deployment of delivered work
Maintain sandbox environments and release hygiene, evaluate Salesforce releases and new platform features, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before they impact users
Requirements
3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment, with an understanding of subscription models and renewal lifecycles
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow, including debugging and refactoring existing flows, plus validation rules, formula fields, and approval processes
Strong experience with user management at scale: profiles, permission set groups, role hierarchy, sharing, and SSO/SCIM-based provisioning (Okta preferred)
Experience supporting quote-to-cash tooling such as Conga Composer and DocuSign, and lead-to-opportunity processes including lead routing and conversion
Proficiency with data loading and cleanup tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or equivalent) and comfort working in spreadsheets to prepare and reconcile data
Demonstrated ability to run a support queue: strong troubleshooting, prioritization, written communication, and documentation skills
Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification
Nice to have:
Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Experience owning or supporting integration platforms (Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft) and marketing automation syncs (HubSpot)
Familiarity with PSA tools (Rocketlane, Cloud Coach), customer success platforms (ChurnZero), and conversation intelligence or sales engagement tools (Chorus, Outreach)
Ability to read Apex and understand the structure of existing triggers and classes well enough to scope work for, and review deliverables from, an outsourced development team. Writing Apex or LWC is not required for this role
Experience working alongside an external Salesforce architecture/development partner, including sandbox-to-production deployment and UAT
Experience with NetSuite-connected order-to-cash processes and multi-entity or post-acquisition Salesforce environments
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
Current and continued residency within the United States
