Salesforce Administrator

About This Role

Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in the Salesforce platform will optimize systems, support users, and deliver training that helps teams maximize adoption and efficiency. This role is for a Salesforce Admin Lead to join the team, someone who can independently manage day-to-day admin operations, drive process improvements, and provide training and guidance to the broader Salesforce team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, record types, page layouts, and reports
• Coordinate Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through deployment, keeping cross-functional teams and stakeholders aligned
• Provide training and day-to-day guidance to Salesforce team members, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using external services, plugins, and middleware
• Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience
• Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles
• Keep up with Salesforce releases and features, recommending improvements that benefit the organization
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in declarative tools– flows, process builder, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and security/permissions management
• Proven ability to lead Salesforce projects, manage timelines, and coordinate across teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Works well in a team environment, with strong communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in every project
• Always looking for new ways to improve systems and processes
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I preferred
