Role: Salesforce Administration and Functional Design Consultant
Experience : 6-8 Years
Location: CHENNAI
Your focus will be on delivering results that can be implemented quickly and used by our 100s of sales| finance and other leaders that leverage this tool. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for custom activities. Review and resolve escalated customer support tickets. Provide training| documentation| and guides to improve the ability to serve the customer. Participate in large collaborative projects| including migration between legacy file processing modernization into integrations| implementation of projects from roadmaps and other projects as assigned 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience and 1+ years of exposure / experience with Salesforce SPIFF Knowledge of business and financial processes/metrics for use in driving key performance indicators. Familiarity with O365 tools and applications like Sharepoint| Excel Familiarity with integration PaaS tools like Workato.
