Salesforce Administrator

About This Role

This role is for a Salesforce Administrator who will be a key player in helping Bloomerang continually improve its Salesforce platform and support its users. The ideal candidate should enjoy all aspects of implementing solutions and managing configuration changes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions
• Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management
• Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls
• Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements
• Assist with tickets as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Declarative Builder
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes
• Proven experience working within a Scrumban or Agile framework, participating in daily stand-ups, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single source of truth" for the wider team
• Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting
