About This Role
This role is for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce automation, and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Build custom functionality using Apex classes, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing
- Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries
- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and maintain existing Aura components where required
- Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and other platform features
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs
- Implement Salesforce security, sharing, and access-control requirements
- Write unit tests, debug code, and maintain required test coverage
- Manage code deployments using Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, change sets, or CI/CD tools
- Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Follow Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and development best practices
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, Flows, and validation rules
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools
- Knowledge of data migration and integration patterns
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
