Working with stakeholders across the organization, the Salesforce Administrator delivers effective, user-focused solutions that support business objectives. The role is responsible for platform configuration, testing, release management, and user support, driving the ongoing optimization of Salesforce by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and improve the overall user experience. This position sits within the Information and Digital Enablement (IDE) Division, which leads the delivery and support of the VGCCC's information and digital technology services.
