About This Role

The Salesforce Administrator will join the Revenue Operations team to build and maintain a best-in-class Salesforce environment. This role suits a detail-oriented administrator who is passionate about CRM optimization, reporting, and enabling the sales team to operate efficiently as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and custom objects
  • Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into pipeline, forecasting, rep activity, and revenue performance
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to identify process gaps and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that improve seller efficiency and reduce friction
  • Optimize sales workflows, automation, and tooling integrations to streamline the full sales cycle and drive measurable improvements in rep efficiency
  • Govern data quality standards, deduplication processes, and governance frameworks to ensure CRM data integrity across the organization
  • Support the sales team as a subject matter expert, providing training, documentation, and day-to-day platform support

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally within a growing or fast-paced sales environment
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, with the ability to build complex cross-object reports and actionable executive views
  • Strong track record of driving sales team efficiency through automation, workflow improvements, and CRM optimization
  • Experience working alongside growing sales teams and translating evolving business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to surface insights from data and drive action across the organization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
  • Proficiency with the broader sales tech stack (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong) and experience integrating these tools with Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid insurance premiums for employee medical, dental and vision plans
  • 401(k) plan that matches 100% up to 4%, with immediate vesting
  • Professional Development Reimbursement of $2,500 each year
