- About the Opportunity:
The Salesforce Administrator role supports the technology enabling VIP teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for configuring and enhancing Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring that teams have the necessary data and tools to succeed. It involves collaborating across departments to create scalable solutions and improve processes.
- Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce features including automated flows, reporting, dashboards, and user access.
• Gather requirements from VIP stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide daily support to users with varying Salesforce proficiency.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Development, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams on integrations and technical solutions.
• Use SQL and Snowflake to query and validate data, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Test and launch system enhancements, identifying opportunities for improvement in tools, processes, and user adoption.
- Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, or a related field.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Strong skills in Salesforce Flow Builder, reports, dashboards, user administration, and data management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data platform.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Apex and Salesforce development concepts, including collaboration with developers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with a proactive learning approach.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,500.00 USD to 88,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
• Compensation varies by role, level, location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
