Hiring: Sales Trainer Policybazaar
Location: Mumbai Malad West
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales, process, product and refresher training for new and existing employees.
- Identify training gaps through TNA, performance analysis and feedback.
- Conduct classroom training, OJT, coaching and upskilling sessions.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and counselling.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity, conversion and sales performance.
- Prepare training reports, assessment scores and performance updates.
- Maintain records of training sessions, feedback and follow-up activities.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Training / Process Training, preferably in BPO, BFSI or Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, product training and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Candidates should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
