Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales, customer relationships, technical support and service coordination for electrical products. The role requires understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, generating business opportunities and providing effective after-sales support.

Function Sales & Service
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Visit customers, understand requirements and recommend suitable electrical product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order coordination.
- Coordinate service requirements and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for sales, service and customer requirements.
- Travel within the assigned region as required.
Product Exposure
Electrical products may include switchgear, MCB, MCCB, wiring accessories, cables, control panels, lighting and related products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical Sales & Service.
- Good knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and provide the right solution.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Diploma / Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
