About This Role
This sales role involves managing existing client relationships through visits to customer stores and meetings at construction sites. The position is ideal for someone new to sales who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 20-30 customer stores
- Conduct sales activities and hold meetings at construction sites
- Initially assist employees in support tasks
- Undergo product handling training
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or higher
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, internet search)
- Must have a standard car driving license (AT limited OK)
- Must be 44 years old or younger (due to long-term career development)

Important Details
- Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00, 40 hours per week, flexible (one-year変形労働時間制)
- Overtime: approximately 15 hours per month
- Special clause for overtime: up to 60 hours per month and 600 hours per year, limited to 6 times, in case of urgent deadlines
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 123 days
- Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays
- Note: Approximately 3 Saturdays per year may require work
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
- Contract: permanent, no fixed term
- Probation period: 3 months, with same working conditions
- Relocation: possibility of transfer to Head Office, Kashiwa Sales Office, or Kasukabe Sales Office
- Retirement age: 60 years old
- Re-employment system: up to 65 years old
