Sales Representative/Sales Manager

About This Role

This role is for a sales associate to join the Metro by T-Mobile team, where you will act as a customer enthusiast and technology expert. You will bring passion and know-how to every sale, building relationships with customers and offering solutions for their wireless communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers with confidence and a smile
• Assess customer needs and concerns while building a genuine relationship
• Build trust, educate customers, and offer solutions leading to Metro by T-Mobile sales
• Deliver incredible customer service
• Ask the right questions to identify customer needs and make recommendations
• Support the team, keep the store looking its best, and stay up-to-date on the latest tech offerings

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• At least a year of previous retail sales experience; customer service experience will be considered
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to carefully listen and make every customer feel valued and welcome
• Tech savvy
• Born problem-solver (preferred)
• High school degree or GED
• Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
