About This Role
This role is responsible for expanding CRDN's business across eight northern accounts, including Bach Mai, one of the largest, while providing case support and traveling as needed. The position requires a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in medical devices, especially in cardiology.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors' activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
- Direct the work of other lower-level sales professionals or manage sales processes and/or accounts involving multiple team members
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and close sales
- Secure and maintain product distributions and/or services, and maintain effective agreements
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other sales professionals and/or support employees
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
