Sales Representative

About This Role

Selling custom window treatments to clients in their homes is the core of this sales representative role. You will meet with clients, help them design solutions, and guide them to a buying decision, with company-provided appointments and training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Requirements

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally
