Responsibilities ■ポジションについて 営業・マーケティング組織の生産性向上と売上成長機会の最大化を担っていただきます。
営業力強化、ビジネス分析、事業計画策定、予算管理、代理店マネジメントなど、幅広い戦略的業務をリードしていただきます。
■業務内容
- 営業戦略・事業計画の立案・推進
- 営業組織の生産性向上施策の企画・実行
- Salesforce.comを活用した営業支援・データ分析
- 販売代理店・GPO戦略の策定および運用
- 価格戦略の策定および価格交渉
- 営業インセンティブ制度の企画・運用
- KPI管理およびレポーティング体制の構築
- チームマネジメントおよび人材育成

Requirements ■必須
- 学士号以上
- Sales Force Effectiveness、事業分析、事業企画、予算管理、または代理店管理に関する経験3年以上
- チームマネジメント経験

- 日本語・英語による業務遂行能力
